Associate Membership is open to all those who are interested in the fight against fraud, its prevention, detection and prosecution in Ghana. Entry into associate membership is open to all individuals interested in the anti-fraud profession and also desire to pursue a career in the anti-fraud profession as a Professional Fraud Auditor (PFA) or Financial Forensics Professional (FFP). Associate Membership is required to enrol for tbe PFA and FFP program in order to become a Full Member.
Associate Members can use the designation “AGAPA” after their names.
These are members who have passed the qualifying exams and have obtained the relevant practical experience as anti-fraud professionals. Candidates can choose one of the following credentials to become a full qualified member of the association:
1. The Professional Fraud Auditor – PFA
2. The Financial Forensics Professional – FFP
Full Members can use the designation “MGAPA” and either “PFA” or “FFP” after their names upon fulfilment of the relevant full membership requirements.
Fellow Membership grade is available to those full members who have been in good standing for a minimum of 5 years .
Fellow Members can use the designation “FGAPA” and either “PFA” or “FFP” after their names upon fulfilment of the relevant fellow membership requirements.
This category of membership is open to both private and public sector institutions with the sole responsibility of fraud investigation, prevention and detection.
